This complimentary and holistic consultation process typically happens over a course of several meetings. It is important for Esther to be respectful and non-judgmental throughout the consultation process as she recognizes that money-matters are often the greatest source of stress and anxiety for families.

As a community advocate, Esther is passionate about speaking on the topic of Financial Wellness as it relates to the personal and workplace. She has also spoken on topics beyond financial literacy, including mental health, self-care & mindfulness, and diversity & inclusion. Whatever the topic, she loves to connect and engage with people from various backgrounds and inspire them to live their best lives.
Mentorship
As a former DJ, Esther has always noticed the lack of mentorship that is available for young women and girls for entrepreneurship, especially in traditionally male-dominated industries such as the Music and Financial Services industry. As a teacher and an entrepreneur who believes in the power of mentorship and values developing others, she is always open to connecting about inspiring a new generation of female leaders and entrepreneurs within our community - to help them navigate this beautiful and messy thing called 'life' and to help them become the best version of themselves that they were meant to be.
